Willard, Ohio, U.S. -- After careful consideration, Star of the West opted to build a new flour mill in Willard, Ohio, U.S., to supply customers it previously serviced out of its Kent, Ohio, U.S., mill. The new 10,000-cwt mill is the most highly automated plant of the company’s five facilities.
